Hello! I’m Delina, a NASM-certified Personal Trainer with 8 fulfilling years in the industry. Active from a young age, I competed in figure skating and volleyball, ultimately focusing on volleyball through high school and college. It was then I discovered a passion for strength training, which has remained central to my fitness journey. Today, I stay active through strength training, hiking, snowboarding, and calisthenics—continually embracing a balanced and dynamic lifestyle.

I started KnowMotionCPT to bring my expertise online and reach a broader audience. Over the years, I’ve trained clients of all ages—from 17 to 70 and beyond—so no matter where you are in life, I’m here to help.
