Hey there! I’m Delina, a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with extensive experience in the industry. Active from a young age, I competed in figure skating and volleyball, ultimately focusing on volleyball through high school and college. It was then I discovered a passion for strength training, which has remained central to my fitness journey.

Today, I stay active through strength training, hiking, snowboarding, and calisthenics—continually embracing a balanced and dynamic lifestyle that strengthens both body and mind. Movement has always been a way for me to care for the body God entrusted to me, while finding peace, joy, and purpose through the process.

Whether you’re currently in pain and looking for relief, or simply want to move without discomfort, our approach focuses on restoring function and building strength without aggravating your body. Pain-free movement builds trust with your body, which is the foundation for long-term results. This ensures that clients can stay consistent without setbacks or injury, making fitness something they can enjoy for life. Before starting any program, I conduct a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire), intake, and virtual consultation to ensure we move forward safely and design a plan tailored specifically to your needs and goals.
