Hey, I’m Delina, a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with a lifelong passion for movement and strength. I’ve been active from a young age, competing in figure skating and volleyball, and continuing with volleyball through high school and college. It was during that time I discovered strength training, and it quickly became a core part of how I train and live.
Today, I stay active through strength training, hiking, snowboarding, and calisthenics, embracing a balanced and dynamic approach to fitness that builds both physical strength and mental resilience. Movement, for me, is more than just exercise; it’s a way to steward the body I’ve been given, stay grounded, and show up stronger in every area of life.
That perspective is what I bring into my coaching. I help you train with purpose, build real strength, and create a routine that fits your life, delivers results, and actually lasts.

Before starting any program, I conduct a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire), a simple questionnaire that identifies any health concerns or limitations, along with an intake and virtual consultation to design a plan tailored specifically to your needs and goals.
