“I worked with Delina from 2018–2020 in Rockville, MD. I was fresh out of college and in need of a trainer to keep me accountable as I learned the ropes at the gym. Delina was the perfect trainer, she was serious about proper form and consistency, yet was friendly, cheerful and easy to talk to. She simultaneously taught me how to structure a workout, be appropriately fussy about form, and most importantly, how to constantly challenge myself at the gym. I learned how to make a workout, and how different exercises emphasize different muscles.
